We provide third-party (3P) Amazon marketplace management, content creation, advertising, and strategic growth services for consumer brands.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, safeguard, and dispose of personal and business information in the course of providing our services — including information received through the Amazon Selling Partner API and related platforms.

We may collect and process the following categories of information:

• Business contact information — names, email addresses, phone numbers, and titles of brand contacts and their representatives.
• Amazon Selling Partner data — account identifiers, listing data, order and inventory information, advertising performance data, and related analytics provided through authorized Selling Partner API access.
• Financial information — invoices, payment records, and transaction data necessary for billing and reporting purposes.
• Website inquiry data — information submitted through our contact form, including name, company, email, and message content.
• Communications — emails, messages, and other correspondence related to our services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Provide, manage, and improve our Amazon marketplace services on your behalf.
• Communicate with you about your account, performance, and strategy.
• Generate reporting and analytics for the brands we represent.
• Fulfill our legal and contractual obligations.

• Access controls: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required on all accounts that access client or platform data. Access is granted on a least-privilege basis and reviewed regularly.
• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between our systems and third-party platforms uses TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Encryption at rest: Full-disk encryption is enabled on all devices used to access or store client data.
• Remote access: A VPN is required for all remote access to internal systems and client account data.
• Monitoring: Access logs are reviewed on a regular basis to detect unauthorized or anomalous activity.
• Training: All team members receive security awareness training and are required to follow our internal data handling policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal and business information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

• Client and contact data: Personally identifiable information (PII) is deleted or anonymized within 90 days of contract termination, unless we are legally required to retain it longer.
• Financial records: Billing and transaction records are retained for 7 years in accordance with standard accounting and tax requirements.
• Communications: Business communications are retained for the duration of our engagement and may be archived for a reasonable period thereafter.

In the event of a data breach or security incident affecting your information, we are committed to notifying affected parties within 24 hours of discovery, to the extent required by law and our contractual obligations. Our incident response process includes containment, investigation, remediation, and post-incident review.

8. Amazon Selling Partner API Compliance

E&J Sales & Marketing's use of Amazon Selling Partner API data is governed by Amazon's Selling Partner API Developer Agreement and associated data protection requirements. We access and use Selling Partner data exclusively to provide services to the selling partner whose data it is, and we do not aggregate or use such data for any other commercial purpose.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website uses Formspree to process contact form submissions. Formspree has its own privacy policy. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics platforms that collect personal information on our website visitors.
